Champion participated in the first application of modular construction for military privatization. The 97-building development (251 total living units) in Fort Lewis, Washington, met critical military expectations, such as strict security and access protocols.
Lyons, Colorado
The builder needed an architecturally appropriate approach to a small, restricted parcel of land located in downtown Lyons, Colorado. Working with the builder, Champion provided two triplexes and one six-plex (12 units total) that met his architectural needs and helped complete the project within 12 weeks.
Lansing, Michigan
In Lansing, Michigan, Champion developed a modular solution for a project consisting of 20 buildings encompassing 146 apartments. Through extensive coordination and precise timing, the project was completed within a four-month period.
